Merry Meet and Welcome!

My name is Rowan Pendragon; it’s so nice to meet you!  Thanks for stopping by and checking out my blog.  I started this blog on a different site a while ago and sadly didn’t keep up with it.  I have found my need and desire to write on a daily basis in a blog format creeping up on my again and so I have decided to start fresh with a new blog on a new site and see what  I can make of it.

I have been practicing the Craft for over 20 years now.  I consider myself to be a Pagan Witch with a strong Wiccan influence but I do not consider myself to be Wiccan.  There are a few things within Wicca that I do not necessarily agree with, which I’m sure I’ll talk about at some length at another time.  Instead I choose the more or less follow a personal Pagan path that is very strongly influenced by various traditions that I have experienced that have really spoken to me; Odyssean, Feri and Asatru are the ones that have really been influential for me over the years.  I am an ordained reverend and I’ve been High Priestess of a coven. I am now back to a mostly solitary path which has me focused on working with The College of the Sacred Mists.

I am a professional tarot reader and am currently working on my first book which is about the tarot, but more about the use of tarot rather than meanings, layouts and history, even though all of those things are addressed as well.  It’s more about how to incorporate tarot into our lives and practices beyond just simple divination.  You can find me online at my own site or on LivePerson.com.
